Mount Falcon Estate Wedding – Venue in Mayo

Deirdre and John married on a beautiful, autumn day in a truly romantic place – Mount Falcon, Mayo wedding venue. It made an incredible setting for whole day, from “getting ready” in the morning until crazy dances through the night. If you don’t know this venue yet, Mount Falcon is located in Co. Mayo, along the world famous Wild Atlantic Way. With no doubt, it’s one of Ireland’s most romantic wedding locations, overlooking the lake and beautifully surrounded by forest. I think it would suits perfectly as a venue for Destination Wedding in Ireland too. The building itself is a s Victorian Gothic manor house (est. 1876), originally constructed as wedding gift for the bride. It was designed by the finest architect of that time, James Franklin Fuller, who also created Ashford Castle. From the moment I stepped inside the door, I simply knew it will be perfect for winter wedding and it will make a great backdrop for all the photographs.
