il Vicolo Wedding Galway

November 11, 2020

In a time of such uncertainty (thanks to coronovirus pandemic), some couples are deciding that they want to get married anyway, even if that means that they would need to drastically reduce the number of guests or change the venue in last minute. When it comes to the wedding, specially during these crazy times, each choice is a perfect for each couples’ wants and needs. What can be wrong about having an super intimate wedding surrounded only with your closest family and friends?

A & W had to face some really tough decisions during their wedding planning this year and it was so worth it! They had to re-schedule their wedding from July to September and changed their wedding venue to charming Il Vicolo, Italian restuarant. The place that has so much too offer and seems to be ideal for small, intimate weddings. It is beautifully located on the banks of the river Corrib, in the basement of the Bridgemills building in Galway. The couple decided to have a traditional, Catholic Ceremony and once this part was over, we headed to the local Galway beach for quick Bride & Groom session. I absolutely loved how quite and dreamy the place was, we found good few old wreck ships which made a great backdrop for the portraits. It was such a pleasure to be Galway Wedding Photographer for my couple.

Check out some of their images below to see how relaxed and perfect their day was. A great proof that even if coronovirus will turn your plans upside down, you can still have a beautiful wedding surrounded by your loved ones.
