Marquee Wedding at Coolbawn Quay

A small boat in a large body of water

It’s every bride’s worst nightmare – a rain on your big day, specially if you are planning something special! But, this magical wedding proves that weather in Ireland is so unpredictable and can change in a minutes. Sarah, married Shane this August in a little village in Co. Tiperrary following reception at Coolbawn Quay, Lakeshore and Marina. We woke up on the day of her wedding to an rainy, cloudy sky but the sun came out very quickly and stayed with us for the rest of the day. All that made a perfect frame for Couple’s boat entrance to reception, which by the way – was a perfect choice for their day! There is just something special about Coolbawn Quay, the light and marquee’s style which steal my heart. I would 100% recommend this venue as a great place for a wedding or elopement if you are looking for a super romantic place with great surroundings. It was very hard to pick my favourite photographs for this post as I love so many of them and the biggest part of the magic is the chemistry between the Couple. They had so much fun, lots of laugh and took the time to really look at each other…

I believe that these are the photos they will cherish forever.
